The 110 Grill is a chain restaurant that prides itself on its diligent fight against allergies.
Well, it’s not fighting allergies per se but it will protect all and sundry of its customers from contact with any allergen.
Even allergens that are not on its menu.
There is a protocol which requires that the manager deliver the order to the table with the above marking although clearly the manager is not delivering an allergen to your table.
There was no danger of my order triggering an allergic reaction.
My allergies, which I regretted reporting, were nowhere on the premises.
Felt like charming overkill at this branch of the chain was in Lenox MA.
