First Amendment

The streets are lit by trees that are wrapped in neon, and by decorations. The city is festive.

Staying in the moment is akin to not buying trouble.

Living in the now.

Being mindful.

Finding myself in once familiar locales, it’s in.the present. It also conjures the past.

I am not buying trouble!

I am mindful and I am grateful.

It's still day, the light in 
The sky will tell you that.
The moon is hanging in
The blue, in the daylight

Are you more of a night or morning person?

No one ever offers you an option to be a day person. I like midday.

Is that… OK?

What are your two favorite things to wear?

Fashion is fleeting. Or, at least, it has defleeted me.

I have always been found of color coordination.

Maroon, from stem to stern, for instance, if not maroon and forest green.

My favorite color is red, a red t- shirt under a red fleece jacket covered by a red vest.

If we’re restricted to two items, it’s the fleece and vest. That’s winter wear, and right now it’s winter!

There is, I now know, only the right now.

I fully expected to see costumed adults on Saturday as I had on the 31st itself.

Halloweens past:
